Honda announces the release of the 2012 CRF250R which, with a revamped engine and revised suspension settings has just reached Honda Dealerships nationally.

Already the most agile package on the dirt, the new CRF250R motocross machine has a wider powerband and additional low-end and mid-range torque among other upgrades for 2012.

A change in the rear shock linkage allows a softer start and a stiffer finish. The new rear linkage not only allows the CRF250R to respond better over the small stuff whilst resisting bottoming over the really big hits, the fine tuning of the rear end also helps with steering during hard braking and on long, fast downhill sections.

New suspension settings front and rear keep the balance right and enhance steering precision. In addition to this, the 2012 CRF250R has a new cylinder head and camshaft matched to a new throttle body, airbox and intake boot, all designed to give more user-friendly power.

Finally, the 2012 CRF250R has wider, longer footpegs and is fitted with premium Dunlop MX51 tires for superior traction in corners and under acceleration.

It's a Honda and this already renowned motocross champion is better than ever for 2012. Priced competitively, the CRF250R has a MLP of $10,590.
