With the release of final instructions, excitement is building as the countdown enters the final stages for the 2009 Honda Australian Junior Motocross Championships kicking off Saturday 26 September at the Maffra Sale Motorcycle Club in Victoria.
A small change to the timetable was required following insufficient entries in the sidecar classes and also a decrease in the number of rider’s who initially applied for racing numbers attending the event, as such, scrutineering and pit-set up will now take place over the first Saturday and Sunday of the event, preventing an overall shortening of the entire event.
Some of Australia’s best Junior riders will be attending the event, along with a number of International riders from New Zealand, Indonesia and the USA.
The host Club is busy making sure that everything is finalised before eager competitors begin arriving on Saturday morning and that the track is in perfect condition for practice on Monday morning.
