What a year, It certainly was a year of variety, with the Black Friday fires changing R1 from an Enduro to a Sprint to R15 getting 15mm of rain the night before and making some tracks nearly impassable.

We were lucky with the weather all the same, as we never had to cancel an event and all events ran with some great variety in conditions and tracks.
It was great to see the boys at Dandenong not give in to the bushfire and relocate their event to Wonthaggi, they also brought us that great Extreme section and made the riders work for their points, then there was the corner inlet event with its sandy woops catching out a few riders but giving us all a great weekend, and who will forget Horsham back on the Calendar, and as always the boys up there put in 2 awesome tracks after a lot of politics with DSE and aboriginal affairs, then there was Broadford with over 25mm of rain the night before the MX track was as slick as a button until the 1.5 hour mark and still there was some awesome racing, The boys and girls at Bendigo took us back to Wedderburn to give us a contrast of Fast sweeping corners out the back to a narly extreme section in the front, Spectators and Riders alike found the Spectacle to be awesome, The new boys on the block at Merideth
put in a very Technical Cross Country track which even in the dryer  conditions put all riders Junior & Senior alike to the test, and who will forget the Abberfeldy Enduro with one of the tests finishing in the snow on day 2 simply awesome , then to wrap it up the Warragul boys set up what could be the best tracks ever in some great gum sections, and awesome hills.

All in all I think we would all agree that it was a great years racing and once again we have set what would easily be the Premier Offroad championship in Australia, the Offroad Trailer and AMB Scoring system has proven itself again to be the best Scoring system available and has taken us well ahead of the rest and into the future, with live results seconds after the rider has crossed the line to end of day results minutes after the last rider this system has proven itself again.

We now look forward to the presentation night which will be held on the 17th October at the Manningham Club, 1 Thompsons Road Bulleen Vic 3105 tickets can be purchased online or by emailing offroad@offroad-racing.com.au
