Corey James and Josh Readman will make the trek over to Wanneroo in Western Australia to represent the NSW Yamaha Junior Development Team (NSW YJDT) at this year’s Australian Junior Motocross Championship from Sunday, September 28 to Friday, October 3.
Both James and Readman are primed to tackle the Australian Championship for 2008 by competing duel classes, James in 14 to Under 15 Years 85cc and 13 to Under 14 Years 125cc, while Readman is to run in both the 14 to Under 16 Years 125cc and 14 to Under 16 Years 250cc 4-stroke classes.
Heading into the Australian Championship James and Readman have set themselves the goal of running in the Top 10 in all of their respective classes, and judging by their results so far this year they are very capable of such feats.
It’s going to be a very hectic time for the NSW YJDT riders and their families as they will be involved in all six days of the Australian Championship.
