Twas the night before Christmas, it's that time again
To slip off my helmet and pull out a pen
We've finished our roosting for what's left of the year
and proffer our readers some dirtbike christmas cheer
We gernied the mud off our trusted sleds
covered them in spray and put them to bed
The CRF450 all shiny and Red
The radical new Berger with the 70 degree head
The sparkling new Kato in a fire breathing 350
The Kwaka's and Suzis and Huskies all nifty
But we can't wait to see Yammies Brand New 450
There's been a major rework on the WR
With a fire breathing powertuner under the tree
This trail taming beast it all it can be
with a 5 valve head it's fuel injected
and YZ chasis and forks it goes where directed.
So Santa this year we all shine with Glee
to see one of these beasts under our christmas tree.
But there more to the year than shiny new bikes
There been sadness and tragedy and occasional loss
We all know our sport sometimes bears a cost
Fill out the National Riders Survey for our old mate Ross
We can do something positive for those bearing the cross
There's been movement a plenty on the pro riders scene
Old Mr Blue Jay Marmont has now turned to Green
He's joining with Mosig and McKenzie too
He's chasing another title for two zero one two
But young Gun Sam Martin turns Blue for the under 19's
Lawson Bopping goes to the CDR Scene
Craig Anderson Racing takes on Louis and Arbon
While Lee Hogan puts Jackson and Stapleton in his development team.
Back on the homefront we got some good news
We've re-opened our webshop with everything from Helmets to Shoes

So I sat and I watched as Santa's off with me gear
aboard my shiny new Yammie
I shed me a tear
I don't have me bike to take for a squirt
I sink back in my armchair and Surf EatMydirt
We've had a great season in 2011 this year
and offer you a little Aussie Christmas Cheer
We're looking forward to bigger and better things
and all of the surprises 2012 brings
So in our own humble fashion, we don't want to Skite.
