Jackson Strong will pull out all the stops to ensure his trick lights up Las Vegas in this weekend’s winner-takes-all Monster Energy Cup FMX event.

With a cool $40,000 up for grabs for just one rider, the Aussie knows the competition at the anticipated event will be fierce.
Back on the bike which helped him to win a coveted X Games gold medal in July, Strong has exerted every effort to prepare himself for the Best Trick showdown at Sam Boyd Stadium.
“I’ve been back practicing at the Metal Mulisha compound and really trying to get my run dialled,” said Strong.
“It’s going to be a tough lineup so it will take something special for a win – there is no second prize.
“I’m really looking forward to riding and it's great to see that the event will be shown live on SPEED TV in the US as it is such a huge audience.”
Strong is hoping for a win to cap off a breakthrough season on the international scene before he returns home to Australia for a week of filming with the Metal Mulisha crew on the ‘Black Magic’ movie project.
The eyes of the moto world will be on Las Vegas this weekend, with up to $1 million dollars on the line in the hybrid-discipline Supercross and Motocross race.
