The Yellow Mountain Race is a two day cross country, racing between Condobolin and Tottenahm in western NSW. It starts in alternate places each year, and this year saw the prologue and start take place in Tottenham.

We have some pics of last weekends Yellow Mountain Race from our old mate Max Sullivan now updated in the Gallery Section Here>>.

The Smith brothers from Condobolin took the top two spots in prologue and charged their way for 220km to Condo for the overnight stop. Unfortunately Todd Smith suffered some mechanical problems on his KTM only a few km’s from the day one finish.

On the return leg, Safari Champion Jacob Smith cruised home for a convincing win, some 7 minutes in front of Matt Fish who finished second outright on his KTM. Stuart Bennett rounded out the top three, bring home his Yamaha a further four minutes behind Fish.
