In the tragic passing of motocross legend Andrew McFarlane at round three of the Australian Motocross Championship, JDR Motorex KTM Racing has announced details for a trust fund set up to support Andrew’s family who are left with only his memory.

JDR Motorex KTM will forever open doors and their arms to Andrew’s wife Natalie and daughter Tayla, and have set up a trust fund in their names requesting support from the industry, sponsors, and fans of the sport.

All financial contributions no matter how small will be appreciated, as together the motorcycle community help build a foundation for Natalie and Tayla without their hero, husband and father Andrew McFarlane.

For all those who knew of Andrew or had the pleasure of calling him a friend, they would recognise him as one of the nicest guys in the sport, who always looked out for others and was forever passionate about keeping the sport of motocross thriving, particularly for Aussie riders.

Andrew’s biggest achievement in the sport of motocross was placing second in the World GP in 2005. Like other great motocross legends who have left us, so suddenly and so young, he will be sadly missed by all.

Trust fund details will be released by JDR Motorex KTM Racing in coming days once set up by the bank.
